Hi, I'm Meredith!

I've always been captivated by the magic of events. From grand weddings to intimate gatherings, I love how every detail comes together to create treasured memories. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, my journey led me to Texas, where I discovered my true passion for event planning during my time at Baylor University. I started off planning formals for my sorority and after graduating, went to work for the events team within Baylor Undergraduate Admissions. With over 7 years of professional experience orchestrating a wide variety of events with guest lists ranging from 50 to 5,000, I've honed my skills and mastered the art of creating and executing a timeline. However, it was my own wedding in 2023 that truly solidified my calling as a wedding coordinator. The joy of curating every aspect of the day inspired me to help others do the same. When I'm not crafting weddings and events, you can find me hosting dinner parties with friends, cheering on the Baylor Bears, or playing golf with my husband.

My Wedding Philosophy

As a bride, it's understandable to feel overwhelmed by the myriad of opinions on how your wedding should be, from its look and feel to its budget. My advice?
